Transform Happily PoSH Training for Employees

Prevention Of Sexual Harassment (POSH) in the workplace is one of the serious issues being faced by many organizations. In the year 2013, to support POSH, the “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act” was passed in India.

To provide a safe and gender-neutral work environment, an organization’s employees, managers & directors need to be educated on what is and isn’t sexual harassment under PoSH training.

According to this act, any organization with more than 10 employees must implement this law. The law states that these organizations must have an Internal Complaints Committee with a woman heading it.

Also, it is the responsibility of the organization to train their employees regarding the act.

Penalty Provisions:

  1. An employer can be subjected to a monetary penalty.
  1. Extended penalties are:
  1. The cancellation or withdrawal of the employer's license.
  1. Non-renewal or cancellation of the registration.
  1. The next consequences of non-compliance

Once booked under the Act, the goodwill of the organization gets tarnished.

Sign in today for our POSH training to avoid penalties and cancellation of registration.
